THE S.T.E.P.S. PROGRAM
SERVICE
Ecolab's systems include a high level of value-added service including regular service reports which serve as an independent audit for your facility focusing on all areas of cleaning effectiveness and efficiency, highlighting problem areas, monitoring usage and costs and occupational and food safety issues.
TRAINING
Staff training is provided to our Ecolab customers in view of maintaining a safe working environment and an effective cleaning regime. Training can be provided one on one, through structured group training sessions, be DVD or, most recently, on Ecolab's convenient new e-training online. Training effectiveness is monitored through pre and post assessment tasks which staff complete. Certificates of competency are issued.
EQUIPMENT
Central to Ecolab's offer are the state-of-the-art dispensing systems which are provided free on loan, and installed and serviced at no cost to the customer by our qualified service personnel. Whether for housekeeping, warewashing or laundry, Ecolab's systems provide economical controlled dispensing, eliminate wastage and spillage, protect staff and save space and hassle.

All products are clearly labelled and colour coded and language-free icons are used to ensure mistake-free use.
